Please welcome Thomas Santellana as your first Lieutenant for the City of Waller Police Department. Lieutenant Santellana has been with the City of Waller Police Department since July 2019 serving in the capacity as one of our Sergeants. He was sworn in by Mayor Marburger at our April 17th Council meeting.
