ON JUNE 1, 2020, AT 8: 00 A.M. THE CITY OF WALLER CITY HALL WILL RE- OPEN ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING WITH SAFEGUARDS IN PLACE TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. THE USE OF MASKS UPON ENTERING CITY HALL ARE RECOMMENDED BUT NOT MANDATORY. THIS RE-OPENING IS FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY NOT FOR TOURING OR SIGHTSEEING OF THE NEW CITY HALL.  PLEASE USE APPROPRIATE DOOR WHEN ENTERING THE BUILDING.

For the protection of our customers, the City of Waller Utilities department is now taking payments by phone.  Please call the toll free number 866-274-7678 to make a payment.  You will need your account number when calling in.  Currently, The City has reduced the cost to a $1.25 fee for customers making phone payment. 

WE HAVE MOVED INTO THE NEW CITY HALL BUILDING!

To drop off payments, please come to our new City Hall located at 1218 Farr, Waller Texas 77484.

There is a Drop-Slot located on the West side of the new building directly across Farr Street from the Police Department for securing your payments.

Currently we are only taking checks and money orders thru the Drop.  NO CASH.

A burn ban is NOT in effect for Waller County. For more information, contact City Hall at 936-372-3880. Burning is allowed in the city in approved containers only when the Burn Ban has been lifted.

The first Saturday of each month heavy trash and recyclable items can be brought to the Sewer Plant located at 102 Walnut, 8:00 am to Noon; proof of residency will be needed.

First Tuesday of each month Curbside heavy trash pick-up is available. Please call 936-372-3880 for pick up by the Monday before bulk pick up. Four (4) items allowed (no tires or anything with Freon).
